Backcountry ski trip to Cerise Creek. A thick surface crust made for some really shitty skiing conditions. At least that's what I'm blaming my performance on. But the amazing scenery more than made up for it. It was also my first real winter camping experience. An experience that was... hmmm: cold! even despite having 2 dogs in the tent. It didn't help that they refused to be used as pillows. Hmm... time for gear shopping. Thanx to: everyone for sharing good food, great times, glory bruises and scrapes; to Meg and Lukas for lending us their wonderful mountain dogs, and especially to Anton for making it all happen.
